Hi there!

My name is Jenna and I am passionate about sharing a realistic approach to holistic living. Through my own experience with health, I have learned that life is so much sweeter when you feel whole, vibrant and energized. After all, “the groundwork to happiness is health” and to do this, we must heal imbalances from the inside out.

I am dedicated to teaching others how to incorporate healthy food and lifestyle choices that are enjoyable. I love Hippocrates’ famous saying “let food be thy medicine.” And, there are other key factors that impact optimal health, like; keeping stress levels low, integrating movement that makes you happy, finding spiritual practices, and building synergistic relationships.

That’s where I come into the picture and can help identify what may be holding you back from living in health and happiness. I work with clients one-on-one or in groups, to achieve their personal goals. Each person I work with, we design a customized wellness plan that incorporates obtainable goals, meditation, journaling, exercise, and cooking. Alongside, healing imbalances with recipes, herbs, and supplements.

My passion for holistic health started once I was deep in the practice and teaching yoga in 2009. Yoga has taught me to live fully and be present because life is simply too short! So, after I graduated with a B.A in Visual Arts from Cal State San Marcos, I decided to travel for a few years in Central and South America. And during that time, I developed a skin issue called lichen sclerosis. From there, I did endless amounts of research and found it was linked to autoimmune disease. At this point, I wanted to heal the root of the cause. I instantly changed my diet which started with a serious cleanse and developed a regular meditation practice. I realized the importance of my health and returned to school. This time, to study holistic health at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

This program taught me how to balance my life and diet. I studied with world renowned teachers including Joshua Rosenthal, David Wolfe, Deepak Chopra, Mark Hyman, and Dr. Andrew Weile. Since I finished the program in 2013, I have launched the cleanse program that helped me heal from my skin issues and gave me back my sanity. Feeling less than 100% is stressful, so why not prevent it?
