Santa Monica Mountains
Come explore the Santa Monica Mountains with us as we reset and re-connect with our mind, heart and body for three days and two nights. This nature retreat is for all the outdoor enthusiast that are looking to reset and re-connect. There will be lots of opportunities to enjoy being in the mountains to explore, hiking, yoga, meditate, eat epically healthy food and even climb. During our time together, you will be guided through meditations and yoga. Most of the food is included (breakfast and dinners). You are responsible for bringing snacks and packing a lunch for yourself. Below, I have included a list of items to bring. If you don’t have everything, that’s ok! Carpooling can be arranged and is encouraged. Aside from the fact that it’s better for the planet and it is more fun driving with friends, the campground has limited parking. Each car must purchase a $12 parking pass. There is an option to park outside of camping area on the street at no cost. Please contact me for further details and to see if this retreat is a good fit! There are real toilets (that flush:) and a hot shower that is coin operated. Early bird price: $399 before August 15th after this date you can still come but the price increases to $450. Space is LIMITED.

Meet Jo (aka Jessica Olson):
She’s a badass chick, that climbs, guides, adventures hard and is an overall inspiration. We met years ago working at Mesa Rim Climbing Gym in San Diego. Since we have met, she has traveled all over the U.S. to climb and guide in places like Alaska and Oregon. Jo’s knowledge in guiding groups, sport and trad climbing is extensive. Jo and I have led retreats together in the past and plan on doing more in the future.
