I am looking forward to sharing this workshop at Telluride Yoga Center, in a few short weeks. Handstands are one of my biggest joys, it’s instant happiness. Believing that it’s possible is the first step and then working on inverting with the tools that I will share during this series, you will popping’ into handstand with easssse! Well, let’s be real…all great things take time (practice/ dedication:). This series is a total of 10 classes over 4 weeks, we meet twice a week. If you pay in-full, you get one class fo free! Oh, and if you’re deathly afraid of flipping your body upside-down, this workshop is for you!! The only way to work past fear, is to step into it with a courageous heart! We learn the most in places of discomfort but don’t worry. Besides, I won’t throw you totally in the fire, we go little by little.

The Deets

Come learn the basics of handstands and how to improve your practice through strength, flexibility and breathwork. This series will focus on strengthening the core and shoulders while opening the hamstrings which are the physical building blocks needed for holding handstands.

September 13th-October 13th, this five week course will meet twice a week- Thursday 9:30-10:30am and Saturday 11am-12:30pm. Keep in mind these classes build on one another and are accumulative. We will follow the class objectives listed below. You can expect to do handstand exercises every time we meet.
