This retreat is for folks that want to dive deeper in their yoga practice and climbing in the great outdoors. I lead guided meditations each morning, we do yoga, climb, cook, and connect! The majority of food is provided and will be good ol’ home cooked meals made by yours truly! Whether you have been climbing for years, or you have some climbing experience, you are welcomed to join.img_9918

Where: Holcomb Valley (Big Bear, CA)

When: Friday night- Sunday; September 30th- Oct 2nd

How: I encourage carpooling, and if you need help coordinating, I am happy to help.

What & Who: I will be leading yoga and meditations daily. Matt DeStefano and Jo Olson are experienced guides and coaches that will be in-charge of the climbing.You are more than welcome to take nature walks and explore the area.
