Together, we explore concerns specific to you and your body along with tapping into tools and tips needed for a lifetime of balance. This program is 3 months long.

Four 25-minute calls per month
Email coaching and support in between sessions to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
Set and accomplish goals
Stress management techniques and support
