They are meant to be lazy in the morning and then in the afternoon, I personally like to mentally prepare for the rest of the week, to genuinely set myself up for a successful, productive week. Sometimes that starts with taking a little bit of time to visualize, meditate, reflect and connect. So, why not do that together?
